We are looking for companies with solid domain experience and technology skills looking to solve an issue using a data led solution in one of the following areas:
- Self monitoring This may be supporting individuals with long term conditions, to facilitate adoption of healthier lifestyles and general well being or tracking issues brought on by aging.
- Early stage screening or diagnostics tools
We are looking for innovative, low cost, time effective solutions which leverage data, providing context and analysis for both patients and health professionals.
- Remote monitoring
Supporting individuals to live high quality, longer lives in their homes is one of the key agendas for the health sector. How can data driven technology help carers, friends, family and health professionals support individuals to live their lives and remain safe, fit and well?
- Medicines adherence and management
As we know it is difficult to form new habits. Taking medicines incorrectly or inconsistently, or even not at all, is one of the main reasons why medical treatments can fail. Addressing this issue can help save money, time and most importantly improve individual health and wellbeing.
