• Evidence based treatment guidance for blood pressure management

• How to get your patients to monitor their BP at home and the digital solutions available to support this

• Using clinical searches to easily find patients that are missing from hypertension registers

• NHS England funding available to PCNs for hypertension case finding / diagnosis

Cholesterol

• New guidance on cholesterol management – the role of statins / Ezetemibe / PCSK9i / Inclisiran

• Searches available to find patients at risk of CVD and those patients whose cholesterol is not optimised

• NHS England funding available to PCNs for cholesterol / statin management

Diabetes

• A brief overview of the role of SGLT2i in the management of CVD risk in patients with diabetes and planned future education sessions
