The WY&H Local Maternity System, Prevention Steering Group are hosting a virtual conference to: Launch the Public Health Recommendations for the West Yorkshire & Harrogate Local Maternity System and Celebrate good practice.
Improving the health & well-being of women – before, during & after pregnancy and preparing the foundation for the lifelong health of their children and families
- Presenting the recommendations and outputs from the LMS Exert Group and Prevention Steering Group; including Smoking in Pregnancy, Alcohol, Infant Feeding, Maternal Nutrition and more…
- Sharing good practice, learning and quality improvement approaches from local places and organisations.
- Hear directly from professionals involved in maternity and public health.
- Providing an opportunity for professionals working across the LMS to come together in their place and discuss examples and actions of how the recommendations can be implemented.
This conference is for all professionals working with women and families of childbearing age.
