Clinicians and commissioners involved in Diabetes care are invited to a unique one-day national workshop on Thursday 23rd June 2016.
The free event is based around a Hub workshop in London with three regional workshops in Leeds, Derby and Wolverhampton. The workshops will provide time for Clinicians and Commissioners to engage and discuss how TOGETHER they can transform, innovate and deliver high quality Diabetes Services.
The four workshops will be connected and streamed live via the internet so that delegates can have a two-way discussion.
The Leeds workshop at the Leeds Marriott Hotel is supported by the Yorkshire & Humber Academic Health Science Network and brings together the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists, Diabetes UK, NHS Clinical Commissioners and local AHSN and clinical networks.
It is aimed at all secondary and primary care clinicians delivering Diabetes care, all Clinical Commissioning Groups, specialised commissioners, medicines management and lead pharmacists.
