Design Foundations funding launch

nnovate UK has announced another round of Design Foundations funding which will open for applications on August 13 2018.
This latest round follows the success of Design Foundations Rounds 1 and 2.
With up to £1 million to invest, Design Foundations 3 is aimed at helping businesses engage with customers, users and other stakeholders through human-centred research to identify high-value innovation opportunities and create the next generation of exciting new products, services and business models.
This competition is open to companies of any size or maturity and supports projects of up to £40,000 to explore future possibilities over a three month period, demonstrating high quality human-centred design expertise that examine the viability of innovation opportunities and validate a need.

Briefing Event
Innovate UK and the Knowledge Transfer Network are hosting briefing events for this competition on August 14 in London and August 16 in Manchester with opportunities to network with other businesses. There will also be webinars to advise more about the scope for this competition and the application process for more specific audiences.
