Learning from successful change

Kaleidoscope, in partnership with HSR UK, has been commissioned to run a series of events 
focused on learning from successful large-scale system change in the NHS.
Changing Healthcare is jointly funded by NHS England/Improvement and National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and looks at how the NHS can learn from past successful change. It follows work done last year with University College London (UCL) and NIHR looking at disseminating learning from successful stroke reconfiguration in London and Manchester.
The sessions are as follows:
- Feb 4: NICE (London)
- April 1: Reduction in healthcare acquired infection (Birmingham)
- May 12: Increased use of day surgery (Bristol)
- July 7: Non-medical prescribing (Newcastle)

The events are free and will be particularly useful to those working in STPs, ICNs, PCNs or other organisations working to facilitate large scale change.
