Shortlisted for an award

Great news! Together with AireLogic, the Yorkshire & Humber AHSN has been shortlisted for the Non-clinical Innovation Award!
Our joint application highlighted the use of AireLogic’s innovative digital technology forms4health which is helping Leeds Community Healthcare streamline its digital processes. The technology enables patients to fill in an electronic form whilst waiting for their appointment and this in turn gives patients more time with their consultant. It also enables clinicians to have detailed patient information in advance of contact to provide more personalised care, thereby delivering better patient care. The other benefits are improved patient engagement and an improved more streamlined process.
We facilitated the meeting between the Trust and AireLogic and advised on evaulation methodology. We also provided both companies with a platform at a number of events to present the work they have done and used them as an example in order to show other companies the benefits of forms4health.
The awards ceremony will be held in Manchester at the Midland Hotel on the 4th October.
