We’re planning some changes to our website to ensure it meets the needs of everyone who uses it and we’d like your help.

So that we can better understand what you use our website for, we are carrying out a programme of online user testing. This will capture the data and intelligence that we need to ensure our new website is easy to use and does what you need it to.

We would really appreciate your support with this and would like to ask you to spare around 30 minutes to complete a few different online activities, which helps us to understand how you navigate the existing website and how easy it is to find the information you need. The tasks are simple and quick (and dare we say it, can be fun!).

In the first instance, we ask that you fill in a short survey so that we can capture some more information about how and why you use the site which is vitally important to us. The next step is to undertake each of the various tasks (each one should take around 10 minutes) – you just need to follow the instructions set out on the screen which will guide you through the process.
