Yorkshire & Humber: Optimising CVD Management in Primary Care
Yorkshire & Humber AHSN is proud to present a virtual evening event focusing on the management of cardiovascular disease in primary care. A number of clinicians will be presenting and taking questions on the evening and will cover hypertension, cholesterol and type 2 diabetes management. There will be an opportunity to hear about the various resources that are available to primary care to help contribute to the national primary care network’s CVD specification.
This event will mainly be clinically focussed and therefore is suitable for GPs, Practice Pharmacists, Nurse Prescribers and other health professionals involved in CVD management.
