The AHSN Network’s ‘Bridging the Gap’ event is an opportunity to connect industry innovators with the right people in the health and care sector.
More than 90 companies from across England, industry and NHS delegates came together in Leeds for Bridging the Gap 2, an event which we hosted on behalf of the AHSN Network.
The event was aimed at health technology innovators and companies who had an interest in accessing the health and care marketplace. On the day, delegates had the opportunity to listen to a range of talks, participate in workshops, receive 1-1 advice and network.
Delegates could get advice about how to make their engagement with the NHS sharper and more cost effective and it enabled them to understand how decisions are made in the NHS, who makes the decisions and how to get their attention. We also provided opportunities to test and develop companies value propositions, budget impact models and approaches to evaluation and case study development.
Delegates were also able to find out more about local NHS priorities and approaches, how AHSN support can bridge the gap between industry and the NHS and national programmes and resources.
